In Isaiah 53:6 God's word says "All we like sheep have gone astray." When He says that He means that we have turned away from Him. When we go astray from God it means that we are doing wrong if we're not going on the path He wants us to take. If you think about it you are disobeying the Lord of the universe, the God that loves you so much that He took nails for you. If that's not love what is? Novody loves you more than He does. You and I were sinners, followers of Satan but Christ still loved us.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
